ONLINE ORDERS

All online sales are final. Each product is handmade and we unfortunately cannot accept returns. We provide a one year warranty.
If you experience an issue with your order, please email team@lilysadventure.com. We’ll do everything we can to make it up to you!

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Any Lily’s Adventure product returns or refunds for products purchased from our New York City store or from another location other than our website should be handled where the product was purchased.
